appertaining. To Have and To Hold the same unto them the said Joseph
H. Ruff and Jonathan M. Milhollin and to their heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple absolute forever and I the said W.H. Veitch
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Joseph H. Ruff and Jonathan
M. Milhollin that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein conveyed
and that I have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the
same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever, and that I will and
heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend
the same unto them the said Joseph H. Ruff and Jonathan M. Milhollin
and to their heirs, executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter
to claim the same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed

       James Doig & Wife To Wade A. Geiger
                        "Deed"
State of Florida } Whereas we James Doig and Frances W. Doig his wife
Alachua County   } of the aforesaid State and County did in good faith sell
and convey the real estate hereinafter described unto Wade A. Geiger of said
State and County for the sum of Two Thousand one hundred dollars and
did on the 9th day of March AD 1881 make and deliver unto the said Wade
A. Geiger a deed of conveyance to the said real estate hereinafter described
which deed of conveyance bears date March the 9th AD 1881 and is recorded at
pages 436-437 and 438 of Deed book "M" public records of Alachua County State
of Florida and whereas in said deed the name of the grantor herein Frances
W. Doig the wife of James Doig is erroniously written as being Frances "R"
Doig when it should have been as it is in this instrument Frances W Doig Now for
the purpose of rectifying the said clerical error apparent in the said deed
of conveyance therefore know all men by these presents that we the said
James Doig and Frances W. Doig his wife of the aforesaid State and
County for and in consideration of the sum of Two thousand one
hundred dollars the receipt whereof we do hereby again acknowledge from the
