    said Wade A. Geiger have granted bargained sold and conveyed; and by these
    presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said Wade A. Geiger
    all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being
    in Alachua County in the State of Florida and in the Town of Gainesville
    particularly known, designated and described upon the maps of what is
    commonly called "Ingrams Addition to the Town of Gainesville" as Block No Twelve (12)
    containing one (1) acre of land more or less the same being the lot of land in
    said Town of Gainesville heretofore for several years used and occupied by us the
    Grantors herein as our residence lot = Together with all and singular the
    tenements, hereditaments appurtenances buildings and improvements thereunto
    belonging or in anywise appertaining = To Have and To Hold the same unto
    him the said Wade A. Geiger and to his heirs executors administrators and
    assigns in fee simple absolute forever. And we the said James Doig and
    Frances W. Doig his wife do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
    said Wade A. Geiger, as we have already, in our said deed heretofore made
    and delivered covenanted and agreed that we will and our and each of our
    heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend
    the said premises unto him the said Wade A. Geiger and to his heirs and
    assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
    whomsoever. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed
    our seals on this 13th day of July AD 1881

    State of Florida } I, E.C.F. Sanchez a Notary Public in and for said State
    Alachua County   } and County do hereby certify that on this 13th day of July
    AD 1881 before me in person appeared Mrs Frances W. Doig wife of James
    Doig to me well and personally known who being first duly questioned and
    examined by me separate and apart from her said husband did say and
    acknowledge before me that she did sign, seal, execute and deliver the foregoing
    deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all of her
    right and claim to Dower in and to the lot or parcel of land in said deed described
    and that such release relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was done and
    made by her freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion, constraint
    apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
