Martha R. Rawls To John G. Rawls
                    "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Martha R. Rawls
Alachua County   } of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration
of the Sum of one hundred dollars to me in hand paid by John G. Rawls of the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowl-
edge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do
grant, bargain sell and convey unto him the said John G. Rawls all of
that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being
described as follows, to wit: The North West quarter of the South East quarter
and East half of North east quarter of section thirty three also the West half
of North West quarter of Section thirty four of Township Eight South of
Range Eighteen East containing Two hundred acres. Containing by
estimation 200 acres land more or less. Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining, To Have and Hold the same unto him the said John G.
Rawls and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee Simple
and absolute And I the said Martha R. Rawls do hereby Covenant and agree
to and with the said John G. Rawls that I am lawfully seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby conveyed; and that I have good and lawful right to
sell and convey the same that the same is free from all encumbrances of any
Kind whatsoever and that I will and my heirs executors and administrators shall
and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said John J. Rawls
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful claim
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to
claim the same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my seal on this 15th day of July AD 1881
