                Columbus J. Morrison To Columbus C. Morrison
                                   "Deed"
State of Florida  } Know all men by these Presents, That I Columbus J. Morrison (Farmer)
County of Alachua } of the County and State aforesaid in consideration of Six hundred
($600) dollars lawful money of the United States of America to me paid by Columbus
C. Morrison (Farmer) in County and State as above written the receipt is hereby
acknowledged do hereby give grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Columbus
C. Morrison a lot or parcel of land being a part of the South East quarter (1/4) of
the North West quarter of section Thirty six (36) better known and described as
follows - bounded on the south and East by lands of Capt F.P. Cole - and on 
the west by little Orange Creek also all of the North East quarter (1/4) of the North
west quarter (1/4) in section Thirty six (36) that lies East of little Orange Creek and
the South half 1/2 of the South East quarter 1/4 of the South West quarter of section 
twenty five (25) that lies East of little Orange Creek and Mill pond excepting
thirty one hundredth of an acre (31/100) East of Mill house and dam surved and
reserved for mill yard - All in Township Ten (10) South Range Twenty Two (22) East
containing fifty three and seventy two hundredths acres (53.72) more or less. To have
and to hold the above granted premises, together with all and singular the rights and
privileges tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging to the
said Columbus C. Morrison to his use and behoof forever and I the said
Columbus J. Morrison for myself and my heirs executors and administrators do
covenant with the said Columbus C. Morrison and with his heirs and assigns
that I am lawfully seised in fee simple of the afore granted premises
that they are free from all incumbrances that I have good right to sell
and convey the same to the said Columbus C. Morrison and his heirs and
assigns forever and that I will and my heirs executors and administrators
shall warrant and defend the same to the said Columbus C. Morrison and
his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful claims and demands of
all persons In Witness Whereof I the said Columbus J. Morrison and Sarah M.
Morrison (my lawful wife) in token of our release of all right and title of a
to claim in the said granted premises have hereunto set our hands and seals
this thirteenth day of August Eighteen hundred and eighty (1880)

State of Florida } Before me personally came Sarah M. Morrison to me well known as
Alachua County   } the wife of Columbus J. Morrison and as one of the persons described in and
who executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance who being at the time separate and 
apart from her said husband did then and there make and executed the foregoing
acknowledgement and she further declares that she did sign the within written deed
of conveyance for the purposes of relinquishing her right of dower in and to the lands
described in said conveyance and granted, and that she did the same freely and
voluntarily and without any constraint compulsion, apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband In Witness whereof I hereunto subscribe my name and affix my
seal of office this the fourteenth day of August AD 1880
