first part covenants and agrees not to disturb or molest the party of the second 
part its successors and assigns servants agents or employees in the use and 
enjoyment of the said way or privileges. To have and to hold the above granted premises 
and privileges unto the party of the second part its successors and assigns against all 
and every person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim by or through the parties 
of the first part. In Witness Whereof the parties of the first part have here unto set their

R.F. Taylor a Notary Public in and for said State State and County personally
appeared Fannie R. Johnston and James F.P. Johnston her husband and Charles E. Johnston
to me known to be the persons described in and who executed the foregoing instrument
and severally acknowledged the execution thereof to be their free act and deed for the
uses and purposes therein mentioned and the said Fannie R. Johnston the wife
of the said James F.P. Johnston on an examination taken and made separately
and apart from her said husband, did acknowledge that she made herself a
party to the said deed for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing her
dower or right of dower and all other right and title whatever in and to the
lands, tenements and hereditaments therein described and thereby granted and
released and that this deed and relinquishment or renunciation of dower is made
by her freely and voluntarily and without any constraint apprehension Compulsion
of fear of or from her said Husband  Witness my hand and official seal

             Charles M. Weeks To Florida Southern Rail Way Company
                               Deed
This Indenture made the 16th day of July 1881 between Charles M. Weeks party 
of the first part and the Florida Southern Railway Company of the other part. 
The party of the first part in consideration of one Dollar paid by the party 
of the second part has bargained, sold, granted and conveyed and does hereby 
bargain sell grant and convey unto the party of the second part its 
successors and assigns the following described parcel or parcels of land 
situate in the County of Alachua and State of Florida to wit: - And 
the party of the first part for and in consideration of the further 
sum of one Dollar paid to the party of the first part by the party of 
the second part, does hereby bargain, sell, release, and convey unto the
