"Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made and entered into this the 20th day of July
Alachua County } AD 1881 between J.H. Goss and his wife R.P. Goss (who Joins in this
to relinquish her Dower in the property herein conveyed) parties of the first part and
L.W. Jackson as Trustee of and for his children the heirs of the body of the said
L.W. Jackson and Ellen M. Jackson now dec'd to wit (Sarah E. Archibald L.
Mary H. and Ellen L. Jackson) party of the second part all of the County and
State aforesaid Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of One Hundred and Twenty five ($125) Dollars to them in
hand paid at and before the ensealing hereof the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged and in pursuance of a Bond for title given the said deceased
Ellen M. Jackson have granted bargained Sold and conveyed and do
by these presents grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto the said
party of the second part and to his successors and assigns the following
described real estate to wit - all that Lot, Tract or parcel of land situate lying
and being in Alachua County, Florida and known and distinguished as
the North one half and the (SE 1/4) South East one fourth of Block one of
Goss' addition to the Town of Gainesville in said County & State. Together with
all and singular the rights, tenements and hereditaments belonging or
in anywise appertaining. To Have and to hold the said bargained and described
property unto him the said party of the second part and to his successors
representatives and assigns forever: In trust however to and for the separate use
benefit and behoof of the said minors heirs of the body of the said L.W. & Ellen M.
Jackson to wit Sarah E., Archibald L. Mary H. & Ellen L.: And the said party
of the second part covenants with the said Cestius que Trust that he will
suffer and permit them to use occupy and enjoy the aforesaid premises with all
the rents profits and issues arising therefrom whether from sale or lease for
their own use and benefit and will when the said Cestius que Trust
shall become of lawful age convey by deed of Indenture the title to said prop=
erty to them or to such other person or persons as they shall designate & desire
and the said Trustee does further obligate himself that on the death of either
of said Cestius que Trust before attaining their majority the equitable Estate
in and to said property shall vest in the surviving Cestius que Trust
who shall thereafter receive use and occupy the rents and profits thereof
