in accordance herewith. Provided that the said party of the second part shall
from full power and authority without any order of any court at any time
he may deem advisable therefrom in other property for the use and benefit
of said beneficiaries and the said parties of the firstant part hereby
covenant to warrant and defend the title to the said real estate against
the lawful claim or claims of all and every person whomsoever to the
said party of the second part and the said beneficiaries, their heirs and
assigns. And the said party of the second covenants faithfully to perform
and fulfill the trust herein created. In testimony whereof the said
parties have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first
above written

Alachua County   } Be it remembered that on this day came before me Mrs R.
P. Goss wife of J.H. Goss who after an examination by me first held Separate
and apart from her husband acknowledged that she did execute the above
deed Jointly with her husband for the purpose of relinquishing and renouncing
all her dower or right of Dower to the property therein conveyed freely
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband this July 20th 1881

above and foregoing separate acknowledgment was was taken by & before me after
an examination of the said Mrs R.P. Goss by me first held separate and apart
from her husband & that it was made freely voluntarily and without any
Compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
