State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I James B. Brown of Gainesville
County of Alachua } Alachua County Florida for and in consideration of the sum of One
Hundred and Seventy five ($17500) Dollars to me in hand paid at and before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do Grant bargain sell and convey
unto W.G. Robinson of Gainesville Alachua County State of Florida all that Lot Tract
or parcel of Land Lying and being situated in State and County aforesaid and
particularly described and designated as follows to wit. The East half of the East
half of Block one in Browns addition to the Town of Gainesville containing Two and
one half acres less fifteen feet on each end and East side of the lot to be left for
streets the said Browns addition consisting of the North West Quarter of Section (5) five
Township (10) Ten S Range Twenty (20) East and the said Block one being the extreme
Northeastern Block or Ten acre subdivision of said Quarter Section the said Two and
one half acres being bounded on the west by land of Susan Glass To have and to hold
the same to his the said W.G. Robinson his heirs Executors administrators and assigns
in fee simple forever In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal
Witness } this Twenty Fourth (24) day of June 1881

Alachua County } the 19th day of July Martha J. Bogar and F.H. Bogar her husband
of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred
Dollars to them in hand paid by C.N. Henkle and C.D. Hobbitt of Canton Fulton County
in the State of Illinois the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have
granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto them the said C.N. Henkle and C.D. Hobbitt their heirs
executors administrators & assigns forever all that certain piece tract or
parcel of land Situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit: Lot
16 in the Town of Fairbanks on Section Twelve (12) Township Nine (9) South
