Range Twenty (20) East in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
Containing by estimation one half acres of land more or less. Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and to Hold the same unto
the said C.N. Henkle and C.D. Hobbitt and to their heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple absolute forever and - the said Martha J. Bogar
and F.H. Bogar her husband for themselves & for their heirs executors administrators
& assigns do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said C.N. Henkle and
C.D. Hobbitt that they are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby conveyed: and we have good and lawful right to sell and convey
the same that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever
and that we will and our heirs executors and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto __ the said C.N. Henkle and C.D. Hobbitt
and to their heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or
hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands
and affixed our Seals on this 19th day of July AD 1881

State of Florida } I hereby certify that on this 19th day of July AD 1881 before me personally
Alachua County   } appeared Mrs Martha J. Bogar wife of F.H. Bogar the grantor
in the foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned and examined by me
separate and apart from her said husband says and acknowledges before me that
She did sign the said deed of Conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing
and renouncing all of her right in and to the lands in said deed described and
that said relinquishment and renunciation was done and made by her freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion, constraint apprehension fear of or from
her said husband
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand }      Martha J. Bogar  (Seal)

Alachua County   } who acknowledged that they executed, signed, sealed and
delivered the foregoing deed of conveyance for the uses and purposes therein contained
