"Deed"
Know All men by these presents that I H.D. Wagoner of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida in consideration of the sum of #9600 Ninety Six dollars in hand paid
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged do sell and convey unto John J. Barr of
said County and State the following described premises situated in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and described as follows Commencing on the North line of Sec (35)
twenty links from the Margin of Tuscawilla Lake and running West along said line
ten chains and twenty links, thence South three chains and Eighteen links thence
East parallel with said Section Line ten chains and twenty links, thence North
three chains and Eighteen links to place of beginning containing three (3) acres
and one fifth of an acre more or less and lying in Sec thirty five (35) Township
Eleven (11) Range Twenty (20) of the Arredondo Grant. To have and to hold the same
with all the appurtenances right title interest and claim free from all demands
unto the said John J. Barr his heirs and assigns in fee simple forever. And
that I will warrant and defend the said premises with all the appurtenances thereto
belonging unto the Said John J. Barr his heirs and assigns forever
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 29th day of
March AD 1881
