Second part: Witnesseth that the parties of the
first part for and in Consideration of the Sum of
Four Hundred Dollars ($400.) to them Cash in hand
paid at and before the Sealing and delivery hereof
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained Sold and Conveyed and do by
these presents grant bargain sell and Convey and
Confirm unto them the said parties of the second
part and to their heirs and assigns the following
described property to wit Lying and being in Alachua
County Florida and known as the South West (1/4)
Quarter of South East Quarter (1/4) of Section Two (2)
Township Ten (10) Range Twenty Two (22) Containing
Forty (40) acres. Together with all and Singular the
rights tenements and hereditaments thereunto belong-
ing or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold
the above described property unto the Said parties
of the second part & to their heirs and assigns
forever in fee Simple absolute, And the said
parties of the first part for themselves & their heirs
executors and administrators Shall and will War-
rant and forever defend the title to the said
parties of the Second part & to their heirs executors
administrators and assigns against the claim or
claims of any and all persons, whomsoever and
do further Stipulate with the parties of the second
part that under and by virtue of an order of
the Judge of the County Court granted on 15th day 
of April AD 1881 the parties of the first part
have perfect right power and authority to sell
and Convey the said property. Witness the hands
