these presents grant bargain Sell Convey and Con-
firm unto them the parties of the Second part and to their

them the said parties of the Second part and to their
heirs executors administrators and assigns to their
own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee
Simple absolute and the said parties of the first
part for themselves and for their heirs executors
administrators and assigns Shall and will Warrant
and forever defend the title to the said property to
the said parties of the second part and to their
heirs executors administrators and assigns against
the claim or claims of any and all persons whom-
