these presents grant bargain Sell Convey and Con-
firm unto them the parties of the Second part and to their 
heirs and assigns the following described lands to wit:
Twenty Five (25) acres off of the Northern part of
the South West 1/4 of the North West 1/4 of Section 
(1) One Township (10) Ten Range (22) Twenty Two = the
Northern line of said Tract running parallel with
the boundary line of the NW1/4 of the NW1/4 of said
Section Township and Range. Together with all 
and Singular the rights tenements and hereditam-
ents thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
To have and to hold the above granted property unto 
them the said parties of the Second part and to their 
heirs executors administrators and assigns to their
own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee 
Simple absolute and the said parties of the first 
part for themselves and for their heirs executors 
administrators and assigns Shall and will Warrant 
and forever defend the title to the said property to
the said parties of the second part and to their 
heirs executors administrators and assigns against 
the claim or claims of any and all persons whom-
