Alachua County } This Indenture made the 18th day of
May 1881. between William N. Tillman and his wife
E.R. Tillman of the aforesaid County & State parties
of the first and Geo W. Witte and Armin F. Witte
Composing the firm of Witte Bros of Charleston South
Carolina parties of the second part Witnesseth that
the parties of the first part for and in Consideration of
the Sum of one hundred Dollars to them Cash in
hand paid at and before the Sealing & delivery hereof
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained Sold and Conveyed and do by
these presents grant bargain Sell Convey and Confirm
unto them the parties of the second part and to their
heirs and assigns the following described land to
wit Ten (10) acres off of the Southern part of the
North West 1/4 of the South East 1/4 of Section Two
(2) Township Ten (10) Range (22) Twenty Two: Together
with all and Singular the rights tenements and
hereditaments thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining to have and to hold the above des-
