of the first part for themselves & their executors and
administrators Shall and will Warrant & forever
defend the title to the Said parties of the Second
part and to their heirs executors administrators
and assigns against the claim or claims of any
and all persons whomsoever and do further
Stipulate with the parties of the Second part
that under and by virtue of an order of the Judge
of the County Court granted on 15th day of April
AD 1881, the parties of the first part have
perfect right power and authority to sell and

renouncing all her dower or right of dower in & to the
