This Indenture, made the Twentieth day of October
Anno Domini Eighteen hundred and Seventy Nine
Between Hardee Raulerson and Sarah E. Raulerson
Husband & wife of Waldo County of Alachua
and State of Florida parties of the first part
and Benjamn F. Livingston of the town of Waldo
County of Alachua and State of Florida party
of the second part; Witnesseth: That the said
parties of the first part for and in Consideration
of Four Hundred Dollars to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
given granted aliened bargained sold transferred
and do by these presents give grant alien bar-
gain sell transfer and Convey unto the said party
of the Second part and his heirs and assigns for-
ever all of Certain Lots Tracts or Parcels of land
Situate lying and being in the County of Alach-
ua and State of Florida and known and des-
cribed on the public records of said State as
follows Commencing at a point Three hundred
and Thirty feet (330) West of the North East Corner
of the North East Quarter of the North West Quarter
of Sect Twenty Three (23) Town No Eight (8) South
Range Twenty one East And running South Four
Hundred and ten feet (410) thence West Two Hundred
feet (200) thence South Two hundred feet (200) thence
West one hundred and thirty feet (130) Thence
North Six hundred and ten (610) feet thence East
Three hundred and Thirty feet (330) to place of
beginning Also the West half of the North East
Quarter of the North West Quarter of Sect Twenty
