Three (23) Town No Eight South Range Twenty one East
Excepting a Street 25 ft wide along the North line
of said land which is hereby dedicated the public
as a street above land Containing 23 acres more or
less. Together with all and Singular the tenements hered-
itaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging; and
also all the estate right title interest dower and right
of dower property claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in equity of the said parties of
the first part of in and to the Same with the
appurtenances To Have and to Hold the above des-
cribed premises with the appurtenances thereunto
belonging unto the said party of the Second part
and his heirs and assigns as his absolute property
in fee Simple forever. And the said parties of
the first part for themselves and their heirs and
assigns do Covenant and agree that they are lawfully
seized of the above described by deed from
bearing date and that they have Conveyed the Same
free and discharged from all encumbrances and
liens of any and every nature and description and
the said party of the Second part his heirs and
assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the
above described premises against all persons
whatsoever lawfully claiming the Same or any
part thereof all of which right & titles they do
hereby agree to warrant & forever defend In -
Testimony Whereof the Said parties of the
first part have hereunto affixed their hands
and seals this the day and year above written

iel S. Place Notary Public personally appeared
Hardee Raulerson and Sarah E. Raulerson his
wife on this Twenty first day of October AD 1879
who Severally acknowledged that they executed
the foregoing deed: And I further Certify that the
said Sarah E. Raulerson being at the time sep-
arate and apart from her said husband did
acknowledge under her hand and seal that she
executed the foregoing deed of Conveyance to
Benjn F. Livingston and that she joined in the
said deed for the purpose of relinquishing
and renouncing all dower or right of Dower
