"Deed"
This indenture witnesseth that the Grantor Simon
J. Temple and S.J. Temple his wife of the County
of Bradford and State of Florida For and in
Consideration of the Sum of Twelve Hundred
Dollars ($1200 00/100) in hand paid by Benjamin F.
Livingston Convey and Warrant to said B.F. Liv-
ingston of Waldo Alachua County Florida The
following described real estate to wit all of
the Noth West Quarter of the North East Quarter
of Section Number Twelve (12) in Township Number
Eight South Range Number Twenty One (21) East
Lying East of the A.G. & W.I.T. R.R. track Containing
Thirty five acres. Also all of the South West Quarter
of the South East Quarter of Section No One (1) in
Township No Eight (8) South Range No twenty one (21)
East Also lying on the East Side of the A.G. & W.I.
T. R.R. track Containing about Twenty five acres
(25 acres) Situated in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida. Hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption laws of said State.
