Sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey to the party
of the second part her heirs and assigns all that Certain tract or parcel of land
situate in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida and known and
described as follows, beginning at a point which is located on the Eastern
boundary line of Section thirty three (33 in Township nine (9) Range twenty
(20) S&E fourteen hundred & thirty six (1436) feet north of the South East
Corner of said section and running thence west two thousand nine
hundred & sixty seven (2967) feet, thence thence North two thousand nine
hundred and thirty six & 3/10 (2936 3/10) feet thence East two thousand nine hundred
and Sixty Seven (2967) feet to the eastern boundary line of said section
thence South along said section line two thousand nine hundred &
thirty Six 3/10 (2936 3/10) feet to the point of beginning. To have and to hold to
the party of the second part her heirs and assigns with all the rights
and privileges thereto appertaining and the parties of the first part to the
party of the second part her heirs & assigns the title to the said lands
herein conveyed shall and will forever warrant & defend by these presents
