hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold and do by these presents
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Esther E. Jolly her heirs executors admin=
istrators and assigns forever the following described lot or parcel of land situate lying
and being near the town of Hawthorn County of Alachua and State of Florida
to wit: Commencing at the South East corner of the South West quarter of the South
west quarter of section twenty Six (26) in Township ten (10) South Range twenty
two (22) East: Thence North five chains and five links (333 1/3 ft) thence West four
chains and ninety seven links (328 ft) to the South East corner of lot: and to place
of beginning: thence North two hundred and ten feet (210 ft) to Corner, thence West
two hundred and ten feet (210 ft) to Corner: thence South two hundred and ten feet (210 ft)
to corner thence East two hundred and ten feet to Corner and place of beginning
containing one acre more or less To Have and to hold the above granted bargained
and described premises, together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining to the said
Esther E. Jolly her heirs, executors and assigns in fee simple absolute forever. And the
said Cynthy J. Waits and Calvin Waits (her husband) for themselves and for their heirs
executors, administrators and assigns do covenant and agree to and with the said Esther
E. Jolly and with her heirs and assigns and they will and their heirs executors
administrators and assigns, shall forever warrant and defend the title to the above
described premises against all and every person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same.
