              "Deed"
This Indenture made the second day of July Anno
Domini Eighteen hundred and Eighty one between
Samuel A. Swann of the City of Fernandina County
of Nassau and State of Florida party of the first
part and The Florida Town Improvement Company
a body Corporate under the laws of Florida with its prin-
cipal office in the said City of Fernandina said County
of Nassau and State of Florida party of the second
part: Witnesseth That the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of Five hundred Ninety four &
89/100 Dollars to him in hand paid by the said party
of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged hath given granted aliened bargained
sold transferred and do by these presents give grant
alien bargain sell transfer and convey unto the said
party of the second part and its Successors and assigns
forever all those certain Lots Tracts or Parcels of land
situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and known and described on
the public Maps of said State as Lot
Lot numbered Eight (8) 
Lots numbered Five (5) and Six (6) of Section Nine (9)
Lots Numbered Four, Five, Six, Eleven, and Thirteen of Section Twenty Two (22)
Lots numbered Two, Three, Four, Five, Eight, Nine, Ten, Eleven of Section Twenty Seven (27)
and Lots numbered Three four, five and Six of Section Thirty four (34)
all in Township Eleven (11) South, of Range Twenty Two (22) East
and Containing Eight hundred and thirty three and 47/100
acres; Being the Same lands Conveyed to said Saml A.
Swann by the Trustees of the Internal Improvement
of the State of Florida by deed July 19th 1878 and recorded
in Book "K" page 395 of records of said Alachua County
Together with all and singular the tenements, hered-
itaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging;
And also all the estate right title interest property
Claim and demand as well in law as in Equity
of the said party of the first part of in and to
the Same with the appurtenances.
To Have and to Hold the above described prem-
ises with the appurtenances thereunto belonging
unto the said party of the second part and its
Successors and assigns as its absolute property
in fee Simple forever. And the said Saml A.
Swann for himself and for all others claiming
by through or under him does Covenant and agree
that he is Seized in fee Simple of a good and
