and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien
remise release Convey and Confirm unto the said
party of the second part and her heirs and assigns
forever all that Certain parcel or tract of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida described as follows: Commencing
at the North East Corner of Lot (3) Three Section (4)
four Township (9) Nine South, of Range (22) Twenty
Two East and running East along the section
line to Victoria Avenue about (900) Nine hundred
feet thence South along the said Victoria Avenue
(350) Three hundred and fifty feet, thence West to
the West line of Lot (3) Three Same Section Town &
Range about (2200) Two thousand Two hundred feet
thence North to the Section line (350) three hun-
dred and fifty feet, thence East along the North
line of lot (3) Three to the North East Corner of
said lot the place of beginning the said
tract containing about (14) fourteen acres more or
less. Together with all and singular the Land
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and the re-
version and reversions remainder and remainders
rents issues and profits thereof and also all the
estate right title interest dower and right of
dower separate estate property possession claim
and demand whatsoever as well in law as in
equity of the said parties of the first part
of in and to the Same and every part and parcel
thereof with the appurtenances: To Have and to Hold
the above granted bargained and described
premises with the appurtenances unto the said
party of the Second part her heirs and assigns
to her own proper use benefit and behoof forever.
And the said parties of the first part Themselves
and for their heirs executors and administrators
do Covenant promise and agree to and with the
said party of the second part her heirs and as-
signs that the said parties of the first part at
the time of the sealing and delivery of these presents
are lawfully Seized in fee Simple of a good
absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance
of and in all and Singular the above granted
bargained and described premises with the ap-
purtenances thereto and have good right full
power and lawful authority to grant bargain
sell and Convey the same in Manner and form
