Alachua County   } This Indenture made and en-
tered into this the 30th day of December AD 1880
between Orville B. Bailey of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the first part and J.W.
Black of the Same place party of the Second part
Witnesseth that the Said Orville B. Bailey for and in
Consideration of the Sum of twenty five ($2500) dollars
Cash to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and Sold
and do by these presents grant bargain Sell Convey and
Confirm unto the said party of the Second part his heirs
executors administrators and assigns all that Certain
Lot tract or parcel of land Situate lying and being in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida and
particularly described as follows to wit: One Quarter
of an acre lying in the South West Corner of Lot Num-
ber (15) fifteen in the South half of Section (32) Thirty two
in Township (9) Nine South Range (20) Twenty East according
to a Map of said South half of said Section (32)
