fifteen and running East along the Southern line of
said Lot (15) fifteen (105 ft) one hundred and five feet
to a stake the starting point of said quarter of an
acre thence directly North one hundred and five
feet to a stake thence East one hundred and five
feet to a stake thence South one hundred and
five feet to a stake on the Southern boundary line
of Lot Number (15) fifteen thence along said Southern
boundary line of lot (15) to point of beginning Con-
taining one Quarter of one an acre of Land more or less
Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditam-
ents and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining. To have and to hold unto the said party
of the second part his heirs executors administrators
and assigns the above bargained and described premises
to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof
forever and the said party of the first part does
hereby Covenant with the said party of the Second
part that the titles to said property is free and unin-
cumbered and that he has good right to Convey
the same and that the said party of the first
part does further warrant the title to the said
property of the said party of the second part
against the claims of any and all persons whomsoever
claiming or to Claim the Same. In Testimony Whereof
the said party of the first part hath hereunto set
his hand and seal the day and date aforesaid.
