of the State of Florida and his successors in office in the Sum of Five Hundred
Dollars for the payment whereof well & truly to be made we bind ourselves our
heirs Executors & Administrators Jointly and Severally firmly by these
presents; signed & Sealed this July 14th 1881.
The Condition of the above bond or obligation is such that whereas the above
bounded Lawrence W. Jackson as Trustee as aforesaid has applied to the Hon
Jas B. Dawkins and by an order of said Judge been authorized to sell the
real estate of Cestuque trust which said order is of file in the Clerks office
of the Circuit Court in and for said County: Now if the said Lawrence W. Jackson
as said Trustee shall well and truly pay to the legally appointed Guardian
of the said Mary Eliza McLean or to his duly appointed agent or attorney all
moneys which may come into his hands after defraying all costs & charges
incident to the sale of the NE quarter of sec 21 Township Nine (9) South
Range 19 East then this obligation to be void else to remain of full force
& virtue

R.B. Hunter To Russell B. Smith and Thomas McCone
"Deed"
This Indenture made the twenty eighth day of July one thousand
eight hundred and Eighty one Between Robert B. Hunter of the State
of Florida & County of Alachua of the first part and Russell B. Smith and
Thomas McCone both of said State & County of the Second part, Witnesseth
that the said party of the first part in consideration of the Sum of Two
hundred and Fifty Dollars to him duly paid has bargained and Sold
and by these presents does grant bargain sell and convey to the said
parties of the second part, and to their heirs, and assigns forever all
that parcel or tract of land described as follows to wit: Beginning at a Stake
(13 1/2) thirteen and one half chains from the South East corner of the South
half of Section (26) Twenty Six Township (11) Eleven Range (21) Twenty
one East, Running thence North (13 1/2) thirteen and one half chains to
Corner Thence West (17) Twenty Seven chains Thence South (13 1/2) Thirteen
and one half chains to Corner Thence East (27) Twenty Seven chains to
point of beginning Containing (33 1/3) thirty three and one third acres
more or less also one acre square in the South East corner of said
Hunters home place being the place conveyed to said Robert B.
Hunter by James M. Hunter on the 19th day of October AD 1876 and
recorded in the records of said County in Book "J" pages 952 and 953
in Township eleven range twenty one east and bounded by the South
