day of August AD 1881 being legal Sale day according
to law and whereas on the said (1st) First day of August
AD 1881 I did as such Sheriff duly sell the said property
hereinafter described under and by virtue of the said
Decree of Foreclosure = at public outcry before the Court
House Door in the Town of Gainesville in Alachua
County Florida: and whereas at said Sale the said F.W.
Wagener &Co became the purchasers of the Said
property hereinafter described at and for the Sum
of Six hundred and Ten Dollars ($61000) that being the
highest best and last Sum bid for the Same at said
Sale and the said F.W. Wagener and Geo A. Wagener
comprising said firm of F.W. Wagener &Co being
the bidders thereof. Now therefore Know all men by
these presents that I the Said John W. Turner as
such Sheriff as aforesaid under and by virtue of
the said Decree of Foreclosure of Mortgage = And
under and by virtue of the levy advertisement and
sale thereunder made and for and in Consideration
of the said Sum of Six Hundred & Ten Dollars ($610)
to me as such Sheriff cash in hand on this day
paid by the said F.W. Wagener &Co the receipt where-
of I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold transferred aliened and Conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain Sell transfer alien and
Convey unto them the said F.W. Wagener &Co the fol-
lowing described property to wit: The Eastern half
(E 1/2) of Section Twenty Six (26) in Township Nine (9)
Range Twenty one (21) Containing Three hundred &
thirty (330) acres more or less = lying and being in Alachua
County Florida = Also all that lot of land with the im-
provements thereupon Situated in the Town of Waldo
Alachua County and State of Fla and known as lot
No (5) five Block (10) Ten in Township 8 Range 21
in Section 23. Together with all and Singular the tenem-
ents hereditaments and appurtenances to the Same
belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have and to
hold the said described property unto them the
said F.W. Wagener &Co and to their heirs executors
administrators and assigns forever as fully as I as said
Sheriff am lawfully authorized and impowered to do
