Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
Daniel S. Place and Amy L. Place husband and
wife of the aforesaid County and State for and in
Consideration of the Sum of Two hundred Dollars
to them in hand paid by Frank S. Lewis of the
County of in the State of Pensilvania the receipt
whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained Sold and Conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and Convey unto him the
said Frank S. Lewis all that Certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows to wit:
The South West Quarter of the South East Quarter
of Section Twenty Three, Town Eight South of Range
Twenty one East Containing by estimation Forty
acres of land more or less. Together with all and Sin-
gular the tenements hereditaments and appurten-
ances to the same belonging or in anywise appertain-
ing. To have and to hold the Same unto him
the said Frank S. Lewis and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee Simple absolute
forever. And we the Said Daniel S. Place and Amy L.
Place do hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said Frank S. Lewis that they are lawfully Seized in
fee of the property herein and hereby Conveyed and
that we have good and lawful right to Sell and Convey
the Same; that the Same is free from all encumbran-
ces of any kind whatsoever and that they will and
their heirs executors and administrators Shall and will
forever warrant and defend the Same unto him the
said Frank S. Lewis and to his heirs executors ad-
ministrators and assigns against the lawful Claims
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever
now claiming or hereafter to claim the Same.
