Alachua County } Whereas under and by virtue of
a Consent decree of Foreclosure of Mortgage and
Waiver of Levy & advertisement of the property herein-
after set forth in a Certain Cause pending in the Circuit
Court of Alachua County Florida 5th Judicial Circuit
wherein Lileinthal & Kohn were Complainants
and James B. Brown and M.B. Brown were defen-
dants which said agreement Consent and waiver was
duly entered into on the 25th day of June AD 1881 I
