                          "Deed"
This Indenture, made this the 5th of July in the Year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and eighty between William A. Colclough of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida party of the first part and M.L. Oliver of the same place
party of the second part. Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Sixteen Hundred ($1600 00/") dollars to him in hand paid
by the said party of the second part at and before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained sold, released
granted, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents doth bargain sell release
grant convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part her heirs and
assigns forever all that certain lot piece or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the Town of Gainesville in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida more
particularly described according to the original maps or plats of said Town of
Gainesville as follows to wit: Commencing at the South West Corner of Block (3)
