Henry C. Parker and Wife To Futch Bros
                               "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Henry C. Parker and
Alachua County   } Iantha O. Parker of the aforesaid County and State for and in
consideration of the sum of One Hundred and Thirty Seven 50/100 Dollars to them
in hand paid by Futch Bros of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto them the said
Futch Bros all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying
and being in the County of Alachua, in the State of Florida, particularly known and
described as follows to wit: Commencing at the North East corner of the West Half of
North West Quarter of section thirty Four Township seven range Nineteen Running
South= 1452 feet running West of North to Section Line dividing section Thirty Four
and section twenty Seven Township Seven range Nineteen = 643 1/2 feet West of the
point of beginning Then running East = 643 1/2 feet to the point of beginning containing
by estimation 10 1/2 acres land, more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To
Have and to Hold the same unto them the said Futch Bros and to their heirs executors
administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute forever and we the said Henry
C. Parker and Iantha O. Parker do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said
Futch Bros that we __ lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
conveyed; and that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same;
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever, and that we will
and our heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend
the same unto them the said Futch Bros and to their heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever
now claiming or hereafter to claim the same, In Witness Whereof we have hereunto
set our hands and affixed our seals on this First day of July AD 1881

State of Florida } I hereby certify that on this First day of July AD 1881 before
Alachua County   } me personally appeared Mrs Iantha O. Parker wife of Henry C.
Parker the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned and
examined by me separate and apart from her said husband says and acknowledges
before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of
releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of Dower in and to the
land in said deed described and that said relinquishment and renunciation of
dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
