purpose of relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of Dower in and to the

"Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made and entered into this Feby 10th AD 1881
Alachua County } between Adora E. Smith and Saml L. Smith of the first part and
John J. Barr of the second part all parties being of the State and County above
written Witnesseth that the parties of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of fourteen hundred (1400.00) Dollars to them in hand paid the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and sold and by
these presents do grant bargain and sell and do hereby convey unto the party
of the second part all that tract or parcel of land known as the South West
Quarter of Section thirty three in Township Eleven range twenty east Less
Twenty (20) acres taken from said land described as follows - Starting at SW
corner of Section running East nine & half C thence North to half
section line thence West to Section line - said described land being in State
& County first written & in what is known as the Arredondo Grant said land
being one hundred & forty acres more or less with the appurtenances and all the
estate, title and interest of the said party of the first part therein- And the
said party of the first part doth hereby covenant and agree with the said
party of the second part that they are the lawful owners of the premises above
granted and will Warrant and defend the titles to the same to the party
of the second part his heirs and assigns forever. In Witness whereof the parties
