dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold, aliened remised released conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain sell alien, remise release convey
and confirm unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever
the following described lands to wit: Lot number (1) one in Block (10) Ten in the Town
of Waldo Alachua County Florida Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the
reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof and all the estate right, title
interest dower and right of dower, property possession claim and demand whatsoever
in law and in equity of the said parties of the first part of, in and to the above
granted premises and every part thereof, with the appurtenances, to have and to Hold the
above mentioned and described premises with the appurtenances to the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns, forever and the said William W. Johnson
and his heirs the above described and hereby granted and released premises and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns, against the said parties of the first part and
their heirs, and against all and every person and persons whomsoever lawfully
claiming or to claim the same or any party thereof, shall and will warrant and
by these presents forever defend. In Witness Whereof, the said parties of the first
part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year above written.

Notary Public for the State of Fla personally appeared William W. Johnson
and Evaline Johnson his wife to me well known to be the persons described
in and who executed the foregoing instrument and severally acknowledged the
execution thereof to be their free act and deed for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned, and the said Evaline Johnson the wife of the said
William W. Johnson on an examination taken and made separately and apart
from her said husband, did acknowledge that she made herself a party to
the to the said deed for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing her
dower or right of dower in and to the lands, tenements and hereditaments therein
described, and thereby granted and released and that such relinquishment or
renunciation of dower is made by her freely and voluntarily and without any
constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband. Witness my hand
