Virginia A. and David L. Branning To Sarah Dorothy Entenza
"Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that Virginia A. Branning and
Alachua County } David L. Branning Husband and wife of the aforesaid County and
State, for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty five Dollars to them in hand paid by
Sarah Dorothy Entenza of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt
whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Sarah Dorothy Entenza
all of that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida, particularly known and described as follows to wit:
A fractional part of Lot three (3) Block Six (6) being a strip twenty four feet wide extending
across the entire west end of said Lot 3 Block 6 in Brannings Adition to Waldo
containing by estimation - acres of land more or less. Together with all and singular the
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To have and to hold the same unto her the said Sarah Dorothy Entenza and to her heirs
executors, administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute forever and we the said
Grantors do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same, that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind
whatsoever, and that we will and our heirs executors and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto her the said Sarah Dorothy Entenza and to her
heirs executors, administrators and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any and
all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same In Witness Whereof we
have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals on this twelveth day of July AD 1881

Alachua County } I hereby certify that on this 12th day of July AD 1881 before me person-
ally appeared Mrs Virginia A. Branning wife of David L. Branning the grantor in the
foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and
apart from her said husband says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the
said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her
right of Dower in and to the land in said deed described and that said relinquishment and
renunciation of dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
