    Annie L. and A.J. DaCosta To The Florida Southern Railway Company
                          "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Annie L. DaCosta
Alachua County   } and her husband A.J. DaCosta of the aforesaid County and
State parties of the First part and in consideration of the sum of Five
Dollars to us in hand paid by The Florida Southern Railway Company the
party of the second part the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
have granted, bargained, sold, and conveyed: and by these presents do
grant bargain, sell and convey unto the party of the second part a parallelogram
or Strip of land Thirty (30) feet in width off of and from the entire North end
of Lot or Block No Eleven (11) of the South half of Section Thirty two (32) in Township
Nine (9) South of Range Twenty (20) East in Alachua County Florida as the
said Lot or Block is laid down and designated upon a map of the said South
half of said Section Thirty two (32) recorded at page 203 of Deed book "K" public
records of Alachua County, Florida, said strip of land hereby conveyed being
a part of what is laid off and designated upon said map as and for a
street. Provided said railway shall be located about the center of said Street
