Said strip of land being hereby conveyed to the party of the second part and its 
successors and assigns as and for a right of way to enable the party of the 
second part its successors and assigns to build construct have hold, use and 
operate a railway over and upon and across the same and the said party of the
second part its successors and assigns in consideration aforesaid and in consideration 
of its construction and operation of said rail way hereby has and shall have the
right and privilege to go beyond the limits of the said Thirty (30) feet or way hereby
granted and released to drain said way and to keep it drained and the parties of the 
first part covenant and agree not to disturb or molest the party of the 
second part its successors and assigns servants agents or employees in the 
full and free use and enjoyment of the said way or privileges - To Have and to 
Hold the above granted premises and privileges unto the party of the 
second part its successors and assigns forever against all and every 
person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim by or through the barties of the 
first part. In witness whereof the parties of the first part have hereunto set their
hands and affixed their seals on this 10th day of August AD 1881

at large do hereby certify that on this 10th day of August AD 1881 before me in
person appeared Mrs Annie L. DaCosta wife of A.J. DaCosta who being first
duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart from her said husband
did say and acknowledge before me that she did execute sign seal and deliver the
foregoing deed of conveyance of property owned by her as her separate estate
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband
