lawfully claiming or to claim by or through the party of the first part Provided however
that if the party of the second part its successors or assigns shall not within one year from
the date hereof locate grade tie and Iron Equip operate its Raid Road over or with in - miles
of the above described premises this grant and conveyance to be wholly void and of no

        P.W.W. Sparkman and Wife to Mrs Mary Weeks
                              "Deed"
This Indenture made this ninth day of August in the year one thousand eight
hundred and Eighty one between P.W.W. Sparkman of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida and S.E. Sparkman his wife of the first part and Mrs Mary Weeks of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida of the second part, Witnesseth, That the said
parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised released, conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part and to her heirs and assigns forever the following described
lands to wit: The fractional part of Lots R and T and also Lot U of P.W.W. Sparkmans
addition to the Town of Waldo Lying between the Peninsular and Transit Rail Roads
North of 1/2 Section line Sec 23 T8 R21 E together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining
and the reversions and remainders, rents issues and profits thereof; and all the estate
right, title, interest, dower and right of dower property possession claim and
demand whatsoever in law and in equity of the said parties of the first part of in and
to the above granted premises and every part thereof with the appurtenances
To Have and to Hold the above mentioned and described premises with the appurtenances
to the said party of the second part, Her heirs and assigns forever and the said
P.W.W. Sparkman and his heirs, the above described and hereby granted and released
premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the
said party of the second part her heirs and assigns, against the said parties
of the first part and their heirs and against all and every person and persons
