S.E. Sparkman his wife, to me known to be the persons described in and who executed
the foregoing instrument and severally acknowledged the execution thereof to be their
free act and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned; and the said Sarah
E. Sparkman the wife of the said P.W.W. Sparkman on an examination taken and
made separately and apart from her said husband did acknowledge that she made
herself a party to the said deed for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing
her dower or right of dower in and to all the lands tenements and hereditaments
therein described and thereby granted and released and that such relinquishment
or renunciation of dower is made by her freely and voluntarily and without any
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband. Witness my hand and

   Fernandina Hawkins and others To Lawrence Jackson Trustee
                        "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Fernandina Hawkins
Alachua County   } Robert H. Hawkins and E.A. Hawkins heirs at law of Mathew
Hawkins deceased all of the State of Florida and County of Alachua for and in
consideration of the sum of Five hundred Dollars to us in hand paid at and before
the sealing & delivery of these presents do hereby give grant bargain sell and convey
and forever quit claim unto Lawrence Jackson in trust for Mamy McClean a
minor child of John McLean and heir at law of Mathew Hawkins decd & for her
sole use and benefit and behoof all of our right title and interest in and to the
following described lands lying and being in said State & County & Known and described
as follows. The North East quarter of Sec twenty-one (21) Township Nine (9) South
Range Nineteen (19) East. To Have and to hold the above bargained premises unto the
said Lawrence W. Jackson as trustee for the said Mamie McClean & for her sole
use benefit & behoof & to her heirs Executors & assigns forever. In Witness Whereof we have
