Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I
                  William N. Wilson of the of the aforesaid
County and State for and in consideration of the sum of
Five Hundred and seventy five Dollars to me in hand
paid by Annie L. DaCosta of the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
her the said Annie L. DaCosta all of that certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known
as my undivided one third interest in the following described

containing by estimation 1200 acres of land more or less
Togather with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise apper
taining To Have and To Hold the same unto her the said
Annie L. DaCosta and to her heirs Executors administrators and assigns
in fee simple absolute forever and I the said William N. Wilson
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Annie L. DaCosta
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
conveyed and that I have good and lawful right to sell and convey
the same that the same I free from all encumbrances of any
kind whatsoever and that I will and my heirs Executors and ad-
