-ministrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto

    George W. and Joseph M. Ladd To Thos F. King
                              "Deed"
Know all men by these presents that we George W. Ladd and Joseph M. Ladd
in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars to us paid the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and sold and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey to Thos F. King an
undivided one third interest in all those tracts or parcels of land situate
& being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida and known
and described as lot number two (2) in section three (3) the West half
of lots number two (2) and three (3) in section two (2) and the North
West quarter and the North East quarter of section twelve (12) and the South
East quarter of Section eleven all in Township seven (7) of Range Eighteen East
(18E) together with all the rights and privileges in any manner thereto
appertaining & the title to the same as against ourselves and our heirs
to the said Thos F. King his heirs and assigns we shall and will forever
warrant & defend by these presents. In Witness whereof the said George W. Ladd
