                    Deed
This Indenture made this the Tenth day of March in the Year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and Eighty one between Union F. Tillis of the
County of Columbia and State of Florida party of the first part, and Columbus
J. Morrison of Alachua County Florida party of the second part Witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred &
Twenty five Dollars to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part at
and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath bargained, sold, released, granted conveyed and confirmed
and by these presents doth bargain, sell, release, grant convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever all that
certain track or lot of land lying and being in the Town of Hawthorne in
Alachua County Florida and described as follows A portion of the South West
quarter of the South West quarter of Section (26) Twenty Six Township (10) Ten South
of Range (22) Twenty two east commencing at a point 200 two Hundred & Forty six 1/2 &
a half East of the North West Corner of said tract thence south five ° & ten' (5° & 10')
East Eighty five feet thence East fifty two & half thence North (5° & 10')
