do grant bargain Sell quit Claim and Convey

particularly known and described according
to the map and plat of the Thomas Napier
1000 acre grant as Surveyed and Subdivided
and of record in Deed Book "I" on page 591 as
follows to wit: a certain fractional lot Situated
in the Northern part of lot (24) Twenty Four in
said Grant described as follows: Commencing at
North East Corner of said lot & run S 4 1/2° E Nine
Chains and twenty two links to a stake on the
Eastern line of said Grant: thence South 86 1/4° West
ten chains & fifteen links to a stake on edge of ham-
mock: then in a North Westerly direction up the
Meanderings of said hammock to the Northern boun-
dary of line of said Grant then North 86 1/4° East
Eleven 50/100 chains to said North East Corner the
place of beginning Containing ten acres more or 
less. Together with all and Singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the Same belonging
or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold
unto the said J.D. Cromwell his heirs and assigns
