said party of the first part to wit Edward N. Dickerson and Charles D.
Willard Trustees for and in consideration of the premises and also of the sum of
one dollar to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part at and
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened and conveyed and confirmed
and do by these presents grant bargain sell alien convey deliver and confirm
unto the said party of the second part the said railroad property its iron
equipment workshops depots franchises and all of its property of every name
and nature whatsoever to have and to hold the before granted premises with
all the rights privileges and appurtenances to the same appertaining or belonging
to the said party of the second part their successors and assigns forever
