executors and administrators do covenant with the said Annie E. Jarvis and with
her heirs or assigns that we are severally or jointly lawfully seized in fee simple
of the afore granted premises that they are free from all encumbrances that we
have good right to sell and convey the same to the said Annie E. Jarvis and
her heirs and assigns forever as aforesaid; and that we will and our heirs
executors and administrators shall warrant and defend the same to the said
Annie E Jarvis and her heirs and assigns forever against the lawful
claims and demands of all persons And we Jane W. Elliot wife of the said

of the sum of one dollar to each of us in hand paid by the said Annie E.
Jarvis the receipt whereof we hereby acknowledge do hereby release
and assign all of our right or title in or to dower in the above granted
premises and in token of said release have hereunto set our hands and

wife of Henry Elliot and Eliza H. L'Engle wife of Edwin W. L'Engle do by
these presents made and executed by us separate and apart from our said
husbands and in the presence of J.C. Gardner Judge of the County Court
acknowledge and declare that we did make ourselves parties to and execute the foregoing Deed
for the purpose of relinquishing all Dower or right of Dower in and to the lands in said Deed
described and that we did the same freely and voluntarily and without any fear dread
or apprehension of our said Husbands Henry Elliot and Edwin W. L'Engle In Witness whereof
