        Henry F. Willis To Samuel Reddish
                      "Deed"
       State of Florida County of Alachua
This Indenture made this the fourteenth day of December AD 1880 between
Henry F. Willis of Alachua County Florida party of the first part and
Samuel Reddish of the same place of the second part Witnesseth, That 
the Party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Three
hundred dollars ($300.00) dollars to him in hand paid paid by the party of
of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by these
presents does sell grant release and confirm unto the party of the
second part his heirs and assigns certain lots or parcels of land in
Alachua County State of Florida known and described as the North half of
the South East Quarter & the South West Quarter of the North East Quarter
of section No (20) Twenty Town (9) nine Range (22) Twenty Two South & East
containing one hundred & twenty (120) acres more or less. To Have and to
Hold the above described premises Together with the members rights
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging And
the party of the first part do bind himself his heirs executors and
administrators and each of them to warrant and defend forever the
title to said premises unto the second party his heirs executors admin-
istrators and assigns against the claims of all persons claiming or to
claim under by or through the parties of the first part and against the
claims of all other persons whomsoever. In Witness Whereof The said party
of the first part has hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first
above written.
