   John R. Zetrouer To The Florida Southern Railway Company
                    "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I John R. Zetrouer
Alachua County   } of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration
of the sum of Five dollars to me in hand paid by the "Florida Southern Railway
Company" the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien and convey
unto "The Florida Southern Railway Company" a strip or parallelogram of land
Thirty (30) feet in width where the Railway of the said Florida Southern Railway
Company leading to or near  the Town of Micanopy is now actually surveyed located
and graded of, upon, over, and across Lot or Section No Six (6) of the Moses E. Levy
Grant in Township Ten (10) and Eleven (11) South of Range Twenty one (21) East as
is shown upon the official maps or plats of the "Arredondo Grant" upon which
maps is designated also the said Moses E. Levy Grant with the right and
privilege also to the said "Florida Southern Railway Company" and to its successors
and assigns forever and perpetually to clear and perpetually to keep clear
of trees timber or other impediments or obstructions a strip or parallelogram of said
land One hundred and twenty (120) feet in width over and across the said Lot
of Section No Six (6) aforesaid where the said Railway of the said Florida
Southern Railway Company is now located graded and established taking the
center of the road bed of said railway as the central line of said
  reserving to myself all timber cleared from said 120 feet limit
parallelogram^and also the right and privilege to the said Florida Southern
Railway Company and its successors and assigns to go beyond the said
limit of one hundred and twenty (12) feet to  drain the said right of way
and to keep it drained without any hindrance or obstruction upon the part of
the grantor herein or his assigns forever. To Have and To Hold the said land
and rights and privileges and appurtenances to the said Florida Southern
Railway Company and to its successors and assigns perpetually and forever
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on this
27th day of August AD 1881
