  Lawrence W. Jackson as Trustee to Robert H. Hawkins
                           "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made this 14th day of July AD 1881 by and between
Alachua County   } Lawrence W. Jackson as Trustee for Mary Eliza McLean of said
State and County and Robert H. Hawkins of said State and County Witnesseth
That the said Lawrence W. Jackson as Trustee as aforesaid under and by virtue
of the power and authority in him vested as such Trustee by an order of the
Judge of the Circuit Court in and for Alachua County in the 5th Judicial
Circuit of Florida and for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred
Dollars to him as such Trustee cash in hand paid by the said Robert H.
Hawkins the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold and conveyed; and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
him the said Robert H. Hawkins all of that certain Lot piece parcel or tract of
land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly described as follows to wit: The North East quarter of Section Twenty one
(21) in Township Nine (9) East containing One hundred and Sixty acres of land more or
less together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining To Have and to Hold the
same unto him the said Robert H. Hawkins and to his heirs executors adminis-
trators and assigns in fee simple absolute forever as fully as I the said
Lawrence W. Jackson as such Trustee of the said Mary Eliza McLean under
the authority and power of the said order and decree of the said Circuit Court
might or could sell and convey the same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal this day and year above written
