Henry C. Parker To Mrs M.E. Chesser
                      "Deed"
Know all men by these presents that I, H.C. Parker of Newnansville Florida in
consideration of Ten Dollars to me in hand paid by Mrs M.E. Chesser of the
same place the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have bargained and
sold and Quit claimed and by these presents do bargain sell and Quit Claim
unto the said Mrs M.E. Chesser and to her heirs and assigns forever all
my right title and interest and claim to that certain piece or parcel
of land lying and being in Alachua County Florida and described as
follows To Wit The South West Quarter (1/4) of the South West Quarter (1/4) and
the North Half (1/2) of South West Quarter (1/4) Section Thirty Five (35) Township
Seven (7) Range Nineteen (19) containing One Hundred and Twenty acres more
or less. In Witness Whereof I the Said H.C. Parker have hereunto set
my hand and seal This March the 26th AD 1881

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I Iantha O.
Parker wife of the within named H.C. Parker for the Consideration doth
hereby relinquish all my right of Dower or posibility of Dower in to or
out of the within described lands unto the said Mrs M.E. Chesser her
heirs and assigns forever Witness my hand and seal this
March 26th AD 1881

State of Florida } Before the subscriber A Justice of of the Peace in and
Alachua County   } for said County personally came H.C. Parker and
Iantha O. Parker his wife who severally acknowledged that they signed
the within conveyance for the purposes therein expressed and Specified
and the said Iantha O. Parker upon A separate examination says she
signed her Dower freely voluntarily and without compulsions from her
said Husband Witness my hand and seal this March the 26th
AD 1881
