"Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents We Mary J. Young and
Alachua County } Edward L. Young of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred dollars to them
in hand paid by John T. Fleming of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained
and sold and do by these presents grant, bargain sell and convey unto the said
John T. Fleming his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever the following
described land lying and being in the Town of Archer County and State aforesaid
and described as follows Lot No 4 in Block 20 which Lot has a frontage of and
measures (33) feet on Reserve Street which bounds it on the North West and extends
(75) feet to Helveston Street which bounds it on the South East and on which it has
a frontage of Thirty Three (33) feet. To have and to hold the above granted
bargained and described land together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining to the said John T. Fleming his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple forever, and the said Mary J. Young and Edward
L. Young for and for their heirs executors and administrators and assigns
do covenant and agree to with the said John T. Fleming that they will and
their heirs executors and administrators shall forever warrant and defend
the title to the above described property all and every person whomsoever
Lawfully claiming the same. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our
hands and seals on this the 29th day of July AD 1881

Alachua County } Before me personally came Mary J. Young to me well known
as the wife of Edward L. Young who being examined by me separate and
apart from her said husband acknowledged before me that she renounced
and relinquished all her dower and right of dower in and to the lands
described in the foregoing deed of conveyance and that she did the same
freely and voluntarily and without any constraint apprehension or fear of or
from her said husband. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this the 29th day of July AD 1881
