Isaac N. Wiley and Wife To Henry A.H. Crumpton
"Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents that we Isaac N. Wiley and
Alachua County } Sarah Wiley his wife of the aforesaid County and State
for and in consideration of the Sum of Two hundred and Twenty Five Dollars to
them in hand paid by Henry A.H. Crumpton of the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant, bargain, Sell
and Convey unto me the said Henry A.H. Crumpton all of that certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit:
the South West 1/4 of the South East 1/4 of Sec (10) Ten Township Ten Range
(22) East containing by estimation Forty acres of land, more or less. Together
with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and to hold
the same unto me the said Henry A.H. Crumpton and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute forever. And
we the said Isaac Wiley and Sarah Wiley do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said Henry A.H. Crumpton that they are lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed; and that we
have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same
is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that they
will and their heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto me the said Henry A.H. Crumpton
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter
to claim the same. In Witness Whereof we do hereunto set our hands and
affixed our seals on this 9th day of March AD 1881
