paid has bargained and sold and by these presents does
grant bargain sell and convey to the said party of the second
part and to their heirs and assigns forever all that lot piece
or parcel of land lying and being situate in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florid to wit: The East half of the North West Quarter
and the West half of the North East Quarter of Section Thirty four
(34) Township Ten (10) South of Range Twenty two (22) East Meaning to
convey hereby his right title and interest to the above described
homestead claim with the appurtenances and all the estate right title
and interest of the said party of the first part therein.

the same for the purpose of releasing relinquishing renouncing and
conveying all her right of dower and homestead in and to the lands in
said conveyance described and granted and that she executed the
same freely and voluntarily and without any constraint
apprehension fear or compulsion of or from her said husband
