W 638 ft to corner at Peninsular R.R. ditch; thence South 12° 30' W, 850 ft
to corner; thence South 85° 45' E. 1410 ft to corner; thence south 4° 15' W
180 ft to corner thence south 85° 45' E 1434 ft to corner; thence North 2° 30'
W 1048 ft to corner; thence South 86° W 1980 ft back to place of beginning
containing 52 acres

 Walter B. Simonton and others to Thomas F. King
                              "Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into this the 17th day of August AD 1881 between Walter
B. Simonton of the State of South Carolina James A. Simonton and Sarah
Simonton his wife who Joins in this deed for the purpose of relinquishing her
right of dower in the premises hereinafter mentioned & conveyed parties of the
first part and Thos F. King party of the second witnesses that the parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one thousand dollars
to them paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
and sold & by these presents do grant bargain & sell & Convey to the party of the
second part all that lot or parcel of land situate in the town of
Micanopy in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida containing about
one acre known and described as the lot in said Town bounded on the
North by the lot owned or occupied by John McCollum on the West by the
lot owned or occupied by Mrs McCollum on the South by the lot lately
owned or occupied by Mrs Carn & on the East by the lot owned by Mrs
Georgian Cooper or Dump Woodward and now occupied by said Woodward
& being the same lot formerly owned or occupied by James M. Hunter
together with all the improvements thereon & all the rights thereto
appertaining and the title to the same the parties of the first part as against
themselves and their heirs to the party of the second part his heirs and assigns
shall & will forever warrant & defend by these presents. In Witness whereof the
parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals
this the day & year before written
